Provide the Acadian Peninsula with the necessary technological infrastructure to offer rapid Internet access at the community level by setting up wide band access in community access centres.

Set up and operate an ICT application convergence centre, a regional portal and various regional networks and provide a human resources team and strategic partnerships.
