The �Collectivit� ing�nieuse de la P�ninsule acadienne (CIPA) inc.� is a non profit organisation incorporated on August 8th, 2000 with a Board of Directors and Executive Committee which ensure the good conduct of the New Brunswick Smart Communities demonstration project.
