The CIPA
visits Montreal and Ottawa
November 11, 2020 � Mr. Jacques L�ger, Executive Director of the CIPA,
Mr. Charles �douard Landry, Administrative and Financial Services Director,
and Mr. Fr�d�ric Arsenault, consultant, have given a very positive account
of their meetings, last week, with the senior management of Industry Canada,
in Ottawa and Montreal. The CIPA�s long-term sustainability and the
procedure for the filing, by the CIPA, of a proposal for broadband access in
New Brunswick�s rural communities were on the agenda. Our representatives
also had the opportunity to meet with consultants concerning performance
measures and the development of a sustainability model for the CIPA, as well
as with another consulting firm, specializing in marketing and
communications. According to the directors, this was a very productive
venture and can be considered a true success.
