Through the creation of the Health CyberVillage, a telehealth model for rural and remote communities, CIPA places emphasis on a comprehensive approach to health that focuses on the client and gives everyone the opportunity to be better informed, acquire new skills and have access to online health services.

Users will have access to solutions that will help them lead a healthy lifestyle, prevent illness, communicate with health professionals and receive primary health care services. Residents will therefore benefit from a local access network to front-line services, directly in their area.
