Sustainable Development Support Services

The CIPA�s mandate is to develop sustainable rural community models and to promote the accessibility of new technologies to the community at large. CIPA, in cooperation with its partners, is presently implementing this model that will provide a local, practical and affordable access to the Web and to assistive technologies by developing and exploiting new technologies that will ensure the delivery of innovative services and meet the needs of the health and justice, economic and education sectors. 
 
CIPA empowers communities by offering consultation, workshop leadership, telementoring, teletraining, project management and ICT consultation services.
